We have a fantastic opportunity to work with ‘Active Through Football’, which is sponsored by the Huddersfield Town Foundation, to put on a session on Fridays between 10.30-12.30 in the new events space in the Arcade Pop Up on the Princess of Wales Precinct in Dewsbury. Please don’t be put off by the Active Through Football name; the sessions don’t have to be football related! In fact we are thinking of a session that involves gentle exercises, games and coffee, aimed at all ages.
What we really need are a few volunteers to turn up to the sessions, take part and most importantly assist the trainer from Active Through Football to make the sessions a success by assisting with drinks, guiding attendees etc. We hope we can provide something that the people of Dewsbury will enjoy and use it as an opportunity to market the Arcade as something that benefits the local community.
